Baker Planning Group was founded in 2019 by Caroline Baker, MCIP, RPP to provide comprehensive land use planning services in Southwestern Ontario.

Caroline is a registered professional planner with 15 years of experience in development approvals, policy development and facilitation. Caroline has successfully led the approvals process for a wide range of planning projects in both rural and urban environments. She has been recognized as an expert in the field of planning before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.

Caroline sits on the Board of Directors for the Stratford & Area Builders’ Association and assists with the Stratford Municipal Liaison Committee.

Caroline resides in Stratford, Ontario with her husband and two sons.
