Baker Planning Group was founded in 2019 by Caroline Baker, MCIP, RPP to provide comprehensive land use planning services in Southwestern Ontario.

Caroline is a registered professional planner with 20 years of progressive experience in development approvals, policy development and facilitation. Caroline has successfully led the approvals process for a wide range of planning projects in both rural and urban environments. She has been recognized as an expert in the field of planning before the Ontario Land Tribunal.

Caroline sits on the Board of Directors for the Perth Huron Builders’ Association and is the Chair of the Municipal Liaison Committee. Through Baker Planning Group, Caroline has volunteered planning services to various not-for-profit organizations to assist in their land use approvals.

The Perth Huron Builders Association awarded Caroline with the ‘Professional of the Year’ Award in 2024.

Caroline resides in Stratford, Ontario with her husband and two sons.
